Privacy Statement

ASP-One, a division of Apptix, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. As part of this commitment Apptix has adopted the following privacy policy adhering to the highest standards of protection. In addition, Apptix has voluntarily agreed to comply with the Safe Harbor provisions of the European Community's directive on data protection available to US Organizations.

Web Site User Privacy
Apptix collects personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register, request publications or other information and/or apply for jobs. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of a unique access ID, company or school affiliations, titles, and contact information, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone and fax numbers, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information on your resume.

Apptix uses your personally-identifiable information to fulfill your requests for information and to evaluate any job applications or other employment-related inquiries that you may submit. We may keep any of your personally-identifiable information on file and use it to contact you for recruiting purposes. Apptix also uses personally-identifiable information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in specific areas and articles posted on our Site. The e-mail addresses provided at registration allow Apptix to send e-mail to individuals based on the areas of interest that they indicate during the registration process.

Apptix Services User Privacy
For users of Apptix's services, any information we collect will only be used to process orders, provide support or service, and assist in the resolution or diagnosis of system questions or problems. This information includes, but is not limited to, your company's name, your name, mailing address, phone number, your email address, billing address, credit card information, user name, password and a variety of other information needed in the course of billing and providing service to you. Apptix uses this information to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This is information you provide voluntarily and if not provided it adversely affects our ability to process your request or serve you as a customer. Apptix may use your personally identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources; to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you.

Apptix will not supply your personal information to third parties for any reason, unless required to do so by law (see Disclosure)

Apptix maintains reasonable precautions to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse and unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Only authorized users, bound by employee confidentiality agreements, have access to such stored data. Apptix ensures that its employees and contractors are familiar with and understand our privacy policies and that they take all possible security measures to protect the privacy of client data.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
Because Apptix desires accuracy in the information it obtains and uses about its visitors and customers, you may review or update your personally identifiable information that we collect online by contacting us via email at privacy@Apptix.com.

DISCLOSURE
Apptix will not disclose to an unaffiliated third party the following information: (i) the files or materials residing on Apptix's storage devices or its network of shared server computers which are not otherwise viewable from the Web; or (ii) your name, address, phone number, credit card, debit card, banking information, electronic funds transfer information, email or alias email address, or other specific personal identifying information, unless you provide express written permission in advance.

Apptix reserves the right to disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with legal process, (2) respond to any claims against it, or (3) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Apptix, our customers or the public.

ENFORCEMENT
Apptix will allow its clients reasonable access to verify Apptix's commitment to adhere to the Safe Harbor principles, including transferring a sample of data stored on its systems to the client. Apptix will cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities and the Department of Commerce to resolve any complaints and disputes arising in connection with its privacy policy. All Apptix employees will be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy policy. Apptix will investigate any reported complaints of violations of its privacy policy and will take prompt remedial action where violations are found. Dispute resolution provisions in Apptix's client contracts will be followed.

The above prohibitions against disclosure of personally-identifiable information are subject only to the following exceptions:
1. Apptix may disclose your personally-identifiable information to third parties as required by court order or rule or other similar order or rule of any nation or state. Even in this circumstance, Apptix will do everything in its power to disclose only the data required by applicable law or the authorities;

2. Apptix may disclose your personally-identifiable information to third parties who deliver information from us to you for the purpose of performing such delivery.
UNSOLICITED EMAIL
Apptix does not send "junk" or unsolicited bulk email known as "spam." Apptix will, however, use email in some cases to respond to inquiries, confirm purchases, or contact customers or sales prospects who have previously demonstrated an interest in Apptix's services. Some of these transaction-based emails are automatically generated. Anytime a customer or visitor receives email it does not want from Apptix, other than these transaction based generated emails, the customer can request that Apptix not send further email by contacting us at privacy@Apptix.com.

NEWSLETTERS
Apptix's newsletters are optional benefits for customers, resellers, system administrators and newsletter subscribers to update you with the latest Apptix news, promotions and product updates. At any time, you may request that Apptix not send further promotional materials by contacting us via email at security@Apptix.com.

HOW YOU CAN OPT OUT

POLICY CHANGES
Apptix reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, but we will not do so without posting the modified Privacy Policy on our Web site.
