Personal View Customization
A Web Part Page (for example, a site's home page) can appear in either
shared or personal view. In shared view, all users see the same page and
any changes. In personal view, only the user making changes can view
them; for example, if a user changes the height and width of one Web
Part, closes another, adds a third, and deletes a fourth, the changes
apply only to their view of the page.
