What is VPN?

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a private data network that utilizes the public telecommunication infrastructure (the Internet), while maintaining privacy using tunneling protocol and security procedures. VPN Connectivity for Exchange Hosting

Regardless of your network access, ASP-One's Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity provides you with a high level of authentication and encryption to hosted Exchange messaging information. In addition, VPN connectivity eliminates numerous implementation and latency issues caused by an ISP or internal firewall. It also helps you connect to Exchange Server in case of ISP blockage of port 135.

ASP-One provides an enhanced security package for Exchange Hosting service that embodies Microsoft Windows VPN RAS architecture. Seamlessly embedded in Biz@large (ASP-One's administration portal), it requires no additional training.

How to Activate Service

You must be a subscriber of Shared Exchange Hosting or Dedicated Exchange Server to activate VPN connectivity.

Login to Biz@large and submit a request to activate service (turnaround time is 24 hours). Each desktop computer requires configuration of VPN. Biz@Large provides a detailed guide to perform this task.
