How it Works

Inside ASP-One

Good Server integrates with the handheld user's ASP-One Microsoft Exchange account using the MAPI protocol.

Good Server compresses a new message, encrypts it using AES encryption.

Good Server sends a new message via Port 443 through the corporate firewall.

Outside ASP-One

Messages travel securely over the Internet (HTTP over SSL) to the Good Network Operations Center.

The Good Network Operations Center routes the messages to the appropriate devices using the Wireless Network.
Advanced Security and unique positive acknowledgement architecture ensure that there is composite security and reliability between Good Server and the wireless handheld.

When the wireless handheld receives the message, it uses a key shared with the Good server to decrypt and decompress the message for the user to read.

This process is reversed when a user sends a message from the handheld.
